One Metal Box - Rare Historical Scientific Instrument or tool. Metal is unknown, and is very shiny (near mirror finish on front edges) yet is very heavy.
Appears to be casted metal and judging by slight roughness to the inside of the door. Has a door on it and a retaining piece is present to hold the door closed. It has a shelf inside, which may hold an item, and allows for the item to protrude through a hole in the bottom, and a slot at the top. The metal is 1/4 inch think in many places and feels very heavy for its size, it weighs about 1 pound 13 ounces.
Measures approximately 8.5 inches X 2.5 inches X 2 Inches. Gustav Bucky, founder of Buck X-Ograph Co. Was a famous radiologist, friend of Albert Einstein, and Einstein's physician in his terminal illness. Company manufactured X-ray supplies and accessories.
