ALBERT EINSTEIN VINTAGE 7 1/4'' x 9 PRESS PHOTO 1955 GERMAN PHYSICIST RARE

  

Albert Einstein stamped Associated Press vintage photo reproduction from April 19,1955 the day after his death. This photo was never published in circulation until 1955 and was originally shot at a formal event in Princeton in 1935 taken by New York City Society photographer Miss Sophie Delar as it says on the paper this photo was previously mounted on see glue remnants on the paper and back of the photo. This is also one of the few pictures ever taken of the late Scientist in formal attire. Looking at this photo head on looks very fine with sharp corners and edges.

If you tilt the photo you will see things with the high gloss finish. The photo has a line 2 down from the top straight across the photo again not noticeable looking head on and also an indentation from someone probably writing on a paper on top of this many years ago like a serial number across his ear and eyebrow again not noticeable looking head on. This is one of the nicest photos condition wise i have seen of him and would look fantastic framed up with a signature.
