Under handwritten heading, First Committee on Intellectual Cooperation, it is apparently an attendance sheet removed from a notebook, individually signed by the participants. The International Committee on Intellectual Cooperation was established by the League of Nations at Geneva in 1922.
It was a forerunner of UNESCO, the U. Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, founded in 1946. The brainpower present at this meeting was impressive. He resigned in 1923 to protest French occupation of the Ruhr region of Germany, but rejoined the Committee soon thereafter. He later received the Nobel Prize in Literature (1927). A pioneer researcher on genetics and inheritance , she was also a member of Norway's delegation to the first five sessions of the League of Nations. American solar astronomer HALE discovered solar vortices and magnetic fields of sunspots.This document merits further research.
